The multi-user accounts are typically for organizations with many individuals. For example, if you have an operations center with 50 or 100 people who need access to our website, but never more than 5 people at a time, then you only need a 5-user account. All 50 or 100 people will be able to access the map using a single username and password, just never more than 5 at a time. Larger accounts are available, in blocks of 5 simultaneous users. If you only have 5 or 10 users total then the cheapest option is to sign up for individual accounts, and this is acceptable for corporate, federal, military, or local government users.
